Foodfix #9: fixing your cholesterol

Today we are fixing cholesterol. The fruits and nuts in this recipe contain many bio active ingredients. 

Polyphenol, anthocyanidin and flavonoids are good for the blood pressure and the cholesterol level. They also contain good minerals like potassium and magnesium, and the oat brans contain betagucan which is good for cholesterol levels.

And remember to use organic ingredients: they contain up to 40% more active substances. Let’s cook!
