Foodfix #8: Fixing gasproblems

Today we are making a vegetable dish that prevents gas formation and is good for digestion.

Ginger helps the production of acid in the stomach and red pepper promotes digestion. Cardamom, anise, fennel seed and mint can prevent gas formation.  On the other hand black cumin seeds can help with stomach problems.

And remember to use organic ingredients: they contain up to 40% more active substances. Let’s cook!
