Foodfix #6: Fixing your immune system

Today we are making a smoothie that “powers” your immune system.

The polyphenol and antioxidants in the fruits and ginger help the immune system to prevent inflammations and function at full force. Walnuts contain high levels of omega 3 fatty acids that work anti-inflammatory.

And remember to use organic ingredients: they contain up to 40% more active substances. Let’s cook!
