Foodfix #4: fixing a bad cold

Today we are going to make something for a cold. Mucus formation and stuffiness are part of a cold that happens when you have a low resistance.

A combination of ingredients that can reduce inflammations and have a mucus dissolving effect are onions (quercetin) garlic (allicin) and sage.

And remember to use organic ingredients: they contain up to 40% more active substances. Let’s cook!
