Foodfix #3: Fixing influenza

Today we are going to foodfix the flu. We will make a super grog with lemon and orange that are both rich with vitamin C.

The honey contains flavonoids and carbolic acid, known for its virus inhibitory properties. The ginger contains gingerol and zingiberene that are anti-inflammatory.

And remember to use organic ingredients: they contain up to 40% more active substances. Let’s cook!
