Foodfix #2: Detoxing the rest of your body

Today we are going to make a nutritious soup that will detox the body. This recipe cleans your liver, kidneys and bowels.

We use sulphurous ingredients such as radish and winter radish as well vegetables from the “onion family” like leek and chives. The pumpkin deacidifies and the horseradish and nutmeg  strengthens the immune system.

And remember to use organic ingredients: they contain up to 40% more active substances. Let’s cook!
