Foodfix #1: Detoxing the liver

Today we are going to detox the liver with a healthy salad and a broccoli avocado dip. The liver is an important organ to detox regularly.

To do this we use sulphurous ingredients as broccoli, water cress and garlic. Endive, avocado and seeds like flaxseed help the liver to detox.

And remember to use organic ingredients: they contain up to 40% more active substances. Let’s cook!
